Customer to advise through Purchase Order Document:
a) Preferred Shipper
b) Directions on how to have gloves shipped i.e. express delivery or ”standard”
c) Company Account Information for Preferred Shipper
d) Required documentation or certificates to accompany shipment
e) For International Shipments: Customs Broker Firm
f) For International Shipments: Company Account Information for the Customs Broker Firm
Occupational Textiles Solutions LLC does not insure shipments.
For purchases by individuals:
- To keep shipping costs to a minimum, all items are shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
- No packages will be insured.
- Occupational Textiles Solutions LLC will not be held liable for lost packages.
Additional Comments regarding International Shipments to Individuals:
- The declared value for all orders will be for the total value of your purchase.
- Each order will be declared as a “Retail Sale”.
- Customers are resposible for all duties, taxes and customs fees which will be collected at time of delivery.
